About the editorial team
memori's articles are written by the editorial team at the Institute of LAG Research and reviewed by domain experts before publication. Our goal is to make parenting from 0 to 6 feel like a set of choices, not a source of anxiety.
Publication track record
300 articles published to date. Coverage spans sleep, feeding, development, health, safety, emotion, learning, and seasonal topics that parents of 0–6 year olds actually encounter, organized by domain.
Our editorial principles
Peer-reviewed sources
Every article cites primary peer-reviewed research. We separate opinion from evidence and label each clearly.
Respect for parents
We propose options, not prescriptions. We respect the reader's life and judgment, and we don't talk down.
No fear-mongering
We avoid sensational headlines and risk-only framing. When we mention risk we also mention frequency, confidence, and alternatives.
Editorial independence
We are not influenced by advertisers or sponsors. Product mentions are fact-based and made on editorial judgement alone.
Editorial process
1. Research
We collect primary sources from PubMed, Cochrane, WHO, Japan's MHLW guidelines, the AAP, and other authoritative bodies, weighting by study quality.
2. Drafting
The editorial team writes the article. Evidence and its source are marked inline. Inferences are explicitly labeled as opinion.
3. Expert review
A domain expert reviews factual claims — pediatricians, developmental psychologists, or registered dietitians depending on the topic.
4. Publish and update
After publication we revise as new primary research or official guidance arrives, recording changes in a visible history.
Transparency
Citations
Each article ends with a reference list. We prioritize peer-reviewed work and do not cite secondary sources as evidence.
Corrections
We accept correction requests by email. Once verified, we revise the article and log the change at the bottom of the page.
No conflicts of interest
The editorial team receives no payment from companies or product makers mentioned. Product references are chosen by editorial judgement alone.
